A government sponsored tour group from Nigeria wander the near empty streets of the Christian Quarter. Almost all of the few groups that can be found are sponsored by both foreign and Israeli governments in an attempt to save a once thriving and profitable tourist industry. The economy of the Old City is entirely dependant on the tourist industry.
